Viator Media signs an agreement to promote the Sicilian Way of Saint James

On Dec 6th 2023 Viator Media signed a new Collaboration Agreement with Associazione Borgo San Giacomo di Piazza Armerina, a non-denominational representative body for Sicily’s medieval pilgrim paths. The collaboration aims at widely promoting the Sicilian Way of Saint James, the Cammino di San Giacomo.

The Associazione Borgo San Giacomo di Piazza Armerina promotes and manages the San Giacomo Way in Sicily. The voluntary association offers pilgrims who need it the services of official guides, luggage transport, transfers, route planning, 24-hour telephone assistance and much more. The Camino di San Giacomo in Sicily is an integral part of the Maltese Way.

For Viator Media, this agreement is an important step towards our main goal: collecting and promoting all the pilgrimage routes in the world through fresh and innovative storytelling, while advocating for a sustainable way of traveling –one that also fosters interreligious and intercultural dialogue, helping people get in touch with each other, with themselves, and with nature.
